Snatch, clean & jerk - this ain't your typical barbell work. We're talking explosive power development that carries over to literally everything else you do. Been coaching oly lifts for 8 years and still get chills watching perfect technique.

Functional Strength Foundations

Real-world strength that matters. We're building bodies that can handle whatever life throws at 'em - moving furniture, playing with kids, or just feeling bulletproof. No fancy machines, just you vs gravity and iron.

Powerlifting Essentials

HIIT Inferno

Metabolic Mayhem

We're turning your body into a furnace that burns calories long after you leave. Complex movements, strategic rest periods, and a whole lotta heart. Perfect for folks who hate boring steady-state cardio as much as I do.

Warrior Circuit

Stations that test every aspect of your fitness. Strength meets conditioning in a format that keeps things interesting. Everyone works at their own pace but together we push harder than any of us would alone.

Boxing Fitness ALL LEVELS

Combat Boxing

Hands down the best stress relief you'll find. We're teaching real boxing fundamentals - footwork, combos, defense - wrapped in a workout that torches calories like crazy. Bags don't hit back but they sure take a beating.

Muay Thai Conditioning

The art of eight limbs meets serious conditioning work. Kicks, knees, elbows, clinch work - this ain't your average kickboxing class. We're going deep into technique while building that combat athlete cardio.

MMA Athlete Training

Train like a fighter without getting punched in the face. We're pulling from wrestling, jiu-jitsu, striking - all blended into conditioning that builds real combat readiness. This program separates the committed from the curious.

Mobility & Flow

The session nobody thinks they need until they try it. We're working on the ranges of motion that keep you moving like a human instead of a rusty robot. Trust me, your joints will thank you later.

Active Recovery RECOVERY

Active Recovery Sessions

Light movement that helps you bounce back faster. Think of it as maintenance work for your body - foam rolling, gentle stretching, breathwork. It's not sexy but it keeps you in the game longer.
